Description
I am looking for a new house mate from the 7th of June. The downstairs section of our house (3 Munro Place, Curtin) is available for a long-term tenant/s. You would be sharing with me and my 23 yo son; we both live in the upstairs section of the house (your space would be at ground level). Our household is Left politics with a fairly green outlook and we hold forward-thinking ideas about living on this planet. We are amiable, warm and inviting folk. I am a piscetarian (I eat fish) but mostly eat vegetarian foods and my son is an omnivore. I produce my own honey; run an annual experimental music festival each summer; and work part-time for the ANU School of Music and Drill Hall Gallery. I have a Masters in Applied Anthropology (MAAPD ANU); my son has just finished an IT degree at UC.
The house is a 1950s with a very leafy garden…. Two minutes walk to Bus stop: route to Civic is bus 58 (35 minutes) or Bus 58 to Woden (11 minutes); Bike ride to Woden (15mins) to Civic (40mins); or ride and bus is about 30 mins to Civic.

2nd upstairs lounge is a shared space as is the dinning room
Shared bills for water, electricity, gas, internet VDSL (faster than NBN here). If applicable food can be a shared item as well.
YOUR RENT would be $1140 per month payable on the 7th of each month in advance. (which is $263 a week if worked out over the full year or for convenience $285 per week to make up the $1140).
