I am looking for a roommate, female student preferably. I am an Assistant professor at University of Canberra, female, originally from India.


I live by myself. This is a twin share studio facility with one bedroom, one-bathroom, open kitchen in the living room.


The unit is in Bruce, 3 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk to the University of Canberra. Several bus services just across the road.


Kitchen and Bathroom will be shared. The unit is fully furnished, neat and clean. You will be required to participate in weekly cleaning. No smoking in-house.


Rent will be $150 per week, INCLUDING unlimited internet, electricity, gas bills.

Please note: If you use excessive heater (>$50/month electricity bill for the unit) during the winter months you will need to share the electricity cost equally.


Minimum stay required: One University Semester.
