There is a large sunny backyard with many lovely native birds, heaps of herbs and a vegetable patch that needs attention. The house has two living spaces which is a bonus; and the shower, bath and toilet are all separated which also makes for easy sharing despite only having one of each. The house is relaxed but clean (a cleaning roster helps to make this stress free :)). Food and cooking is separate - there is lots of space in kitchen cupboards and extra fridge/freezer. No smoking household.
