Room in Manhattan building (240 Bunda st. ) next to Glebe Park, right in the heart of the city. It's near all major bus routes (101 free city loop, 300s, 200s). Right next to Canberra Centre and very close to ANU.

The room has built-in closet. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. The apartment is very well insulated so it is nice and warm in winter and cool in summer, so you will rarely need to turn the AC on.

Bills are shared including internet.

The building has a pool and a well equipped gym (so no need for a gym.

Will be sharing with 1 guy 35 yo who works fulltime.
