3-bedroom shared house, Boldrewood Street

SHORT TERM.. 4-6weeks. I am a Post Graduate student at the School of Art & Design at ANU. I am looking for a tenant for short-term only (circa 6weeks flexible) to take my Master bedroom in a beautiful 3-bedroom house in Turner. The location is unbeatable - directly across the Barry Drive from ANU Campus ... And a 5minute walk into Civic centre. You will be living with Will (Restaurateur and young businesses in Hospitality into his fitness and health foods) and Rodrigo (PhD student at ANU visiting from South America). There is a comfortable living room and a very good kitchen with gas-top stove separate freezer and most necessary appliances. The house is a summer house with a large patio and garden area out back and a nice breeze in the summertime. Bond is payable as insurance for the furniture and white goods, and rent is payable directly to the private landlord / owner of the house. Any queries hit me up!
