The current residents are 2 working professional and an indoor grey cat. Our place is very clean and tidy, we are a respectful and non-smoking household.

Room 1: It's a large room with a 3 doors wardrobe fully furnished with a study desk, double sized bed, a tall boy and bookshelf.
$190 per week plus shared utilities.

Room 2: It's a mid-size room with 2 doors wardrobe fully furnished with a study desk, queen sized bed, a bookshelf.
$180 per week plus shared utilities.

-Several direct buses to ANU/Belconnen/City, 300, 313, 319, 343, 717, 743, 744.
-4 weeks bond
-unlimited NBN 100 internet (extra $5 a week)
