4-bedroom shared house, Westgarth Street

Centrally located environmentally friendly house seeks one to share with three others.

What we are looking for? A non-smoker who is clean and considers others (as you would be sharing), and be part of a house, as opposed to just renting a room. We do like, on occasion to share a meal, chat, play a Boardgame or just like to have a wine together. But we are all busy too, so you will like your own independence and like to do your thing.

The room has some furniture If you need it: chair, table, a large single bed, with the possibility of nic-nacs. This also include a large cub board.

The room is located on the first floor of this great spacious two-story house. It has an great garden and wonderful leafy view to contemplate the universe.

The house has an large kitchen, walk-in pantry, and open natural light which provides a great energy for easy living.
