3-bedroom shared townhouse, Cabena Court

I have a common roonm available. There is no pet in the house. The house is a double- storey townhouse which is reasonably new. It is a good size room fully furnished with a double bed mattress. A large built-in robe, writing desk and chair. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to bus stops, Westfield Belconnen shopping centre, restaurants and lake and public swimming pool. I am looking for a clean, tidy and responsible housemate. She should be considerate for others who are sharing the house.

Utility and WIFI will be shared equally among the number of flatmates.
