3-bedroom shared share house, Tay Street

2 rooms available in a share house in “the Fair” complex in North Watson. You will be sharing with a professional couple in our 30s and a cute cat. The house is about 30mins bike ride/ 15 mins by car to the city and ANU. There is also a local bus available. The house is only about 5 years old so has insulation unlike many other Canberra houses!
Room 1 $120/week – small room with built-in wardrobe and a single loft bed with drawers and small desk underneath.
Room 2 $140/week – medium sized room with built-in wardrobe, and has a bed and desk left by previous tenant.
Bills (electricity, internet and water) additional or add about $20/week to cover these.
2 weeks bond for each room.
