4-bedroom shared house, Simpson Street

Two rooms available to rent, Partially furnished, quite large, one can be used as a bedroom, the other can be used as study/lounge room. Preference for a single occupant. There are two bathrooms shared but no on-suite, kitchen is shared, there is also a large deck, back garden and BBQ. Short walk to Watson shops and bus to civic or uni. Would suit a short term stay like out of town worker, exchange student or visiting scholar, longer stays for ph. D or undergraduate students are also negotiable. The house is shared with me and my 9 year old son but the house is large and the rooms are in their own part of the house. Separate entrance can be used. Non-smokers only. No pets.
