We have 2 bedrooms available in our place in Holt near Kippax Shops (ALDI, Woolies, Takeaway, Library, Post Office, etc). The house is fully furnished. The current residents are a female PhD scholar from ANU, a male working professional, 2 senior year students from ANU and an indoor grey cat. Tidy, respectful and non-smoking household. We are looking for a tidy, clean and respectful tenants.

Room 2: It's a mid-size room with 2 doors wardrobe fully furnished with a study desk, queen sized bed, a bookshelf.
$180 per week exclude utilities

-Ready to move in
-5 mins walk to Kippax Shops (Aldi, Maccas, Subway, Woolies, Post Office, Clinic, Takeaways, etc) and bus stops
-Several direct buses to ANU/Belconnen/City, 300, 313, 319, 343, 717, 743, 744.
-Utilities are shared approximately 20-30 a week, NBN is 20 a month
-Furnished with a set of linen, doona, pillows all provided
-Ample parking spaces
-Shared bath and separate toilet
