2-bedroom shared apartment, Ainsworth Street

I want to be able to help a struggling post-grad or research student. I have a spare room and although I don't need a housemate, I know how hard it is to study and work and post-grad and research students already have it so hard.

My place is about 5 mins walk to Woden bus station and happy to accommodate your car if you have one. I am minimalistic and like to keep a clean place, I do have bunnies that are mostly free range, so you had better like animals! I am part of a community that helps each other whenever we can, so I tend to get a lot of awesome people visiting. My place is pretty new and I have an amazing yard and the place stays nice and warm with a little bit of heat.

Obviously, any rent is negotiable given your circumstances, I just had to write a number - couldn't leave the option blank.
