The unit is unfurnished (the photos shown are from a previous tenancy), but comes with: fridge, queen-size bed base, head board and night stands, electric heater, chest of drawers, electric hotplates & oven, microwave. And use of washing machine.

The house is within walking distance of shopping and Asian food district, public transport (travelling time to the city: 5 minutes) and other amenities.

Price is per week (incl. VDSL broadband). Utility bills are not included.

We are a family of 2 with a cat, and we live in the main house. A tenant that wouldn't mind looking after the cat or feeding it on the occasion that we're not around would be ideal.

Term of lease is 6 months, with the possibility of extending.
