LOOKING FOR A PLACE TO STAY?

A single room is available in a friendly 4 bedroom tranquil house in Jacka, Gungahlin. It is fully furnished with a single bed, desk, bookshelf and built-in wardrobe.

We are looking for a quiet and tidy person. You will be sharing with 2 occupants, both of us working full time.

Shared bathroom (with one other occupant) and shared laundry, kitchen, etc. There is a veggie patch in the backyard with good variety of veggies to share.

Room is $200 per week including electricity, gas, water and internet. We have NBN unlimited internet. House is also fitted with central cooling and heating. Bond is $400.

Quiet and close to Gungahlin town centre within walking distance (15mins) to groceries (Coles/Woolies), bakery, coffee, takeaways, etc.

Around 15mins on foot to bus stops. Bus change is required to get to ANU. Having a car is ideal and on-street parking is available.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted.
