3-bedroom shared house, Boldrewood Street

One Post Graduate student and a young restauranteur. We are looking for a Female tenant/housemate who is easy and can keep the common areas in a clean state. We split the household duties as well as some of the communal shopping items. Looking for someone preferably under 30 and student or creative. Lease agreement is signed directly with the owner of the house. Bedroom is medium size and will fit a Queen size bed... Or a double bed and small desk. It has West facing windows and good natural light. Bathrooms are recently renovated. Bills are included (Rent $200 / Bills $25 pw).
