3-bedroom shared house, Miller Street

Working full time, friendly Asian female would like to share a house with someone who is reliable and clean as I am often going away. Ideally, I prefer muture Phd/posgraduate student. It's perfect for a post-grad student or visiting academic looking for medium-term to long term accommodation, but I am open to anyone as long as they meet my requirement. There are 3 nice, spacious double bed rooms house with a lovely, cosy private courtyard, a large sunny dining room combines kitchen and a big sunny lounge room. Bath room is separate with toilet. The double bed room is spacious with a big window, all rooms are all built in-wardrobe with double bed (included bed sheet, pillow). The rent includes bills such as water, gas, electricity, internet and bicycle provided. There is a short walking distance to anywhere. It's in the central of the city. It’s ideal for student who is study at the ANU, UC or CIT or work in the city or surrounding area. Bus stop is in front of the house, 10 minute walk or cycle to ANU, walk to shops, bars, restaurants, national reserved park.
