A single room (standard size 3x3 meters) with built-in wardrobe is now available in a cosy and secure home environment.
The house is fully furnished but you will need to bring your own bed and bed-linen. We have two beautiful well-behaved and gentle dogs.
You will share the bathroom with two other people who are professionals and non-smokers. The house is well-kept and maintained. It is located a kilometer away from the Gungahlin shopping center and main bus stops. It is next to the Yerrabi pond.
The rent does not include utilities. An additional set amount will be required for the utility bills.
