3-bedroom shared apartment, Lampard Circuit

A room is available for rent in a three-bed room apartment in Bruce. The apartment is fully furnished including air-con, TV, all kitchen and laundry appliances. The rooms are also furnished with a bed, a study desk and built-in robe. The bath/toilet has to be shared with another female flatmate.

The apartment is conveniently located near Thynne Street and a short walk to three bus stops that connects ANU, CIT, Calvary Hospital, City and Belconnen Westfield. University of Canberra is just five mins' walk from the apartment.

You will be sharing the apartment with a couple who work full-time and female housemate. We are social but respect others' privacy. We love to keep our apartment clean and tidy and want to have someone as flatmate who shares the same thought.

The room rent is $210 p/w (inclusive of all energy bills and internet) and bond is $420. Preferred length of stay – 6 to 12 months. Sorry no pets, no smokers and no couples. Available from 26th March.
