The apartment features 4 bedrooms; 3 of them are currently occupied by quiet and friendly students. The bathroom, the separate toilet, the kitchen and the dining room is shared.


The rent includes fortnightly cleaning service of the common spaces. The rent doesn't include the utilities (electricity) which is evenly shared among the tenants. ADSL2 Unlimited internet is available for 15$/person.


A min. Of 1 year contract is required.
