I am seeking a flat mate ($130 pw) interested in a quiet household The place has a nice garden and peaceful study atmosphere. On month-to-month lease,possibly through early October 2018.

On bus route but best access to ANU is by car (15 minutes) or cycling (30 minutes if fit). Onsite carpark. Note that it is best if you have a car or use the bus once in the morning and once in the evening.

This is a great place, nice and quiet, fully furnished. We have an interesting international and domestic (Tasmanian) background. However, I am planning to be away April to September.
