The unit was built as an extension of the main house, with an L-shaped main room, and a large bedroom. Has its own bathroom and toilet (separate doors), access to this is via the shared hallway in the house. The unit has its separate entry at the back, and a kitchen with hot water.

Contrary to the photos, the unit currently is mostly unfurnished, but comes with: fridge, queen bed base, head board and night stands, electric heater, chest of drawers, table, electric hotplates & oven, microwave. Any item can also be removed if you prefer using your own.


The house is within walking distance of shopping and Asian food district, public transport (10 minutes into the city) and other amenities.


Price is per week and exclusive of utility bills, but inclusive of fast Wifi and use of washing machine.

A family of 2 (us) and a gentle cat live in the main house, a tenant that wouldn't mind looking after the cat or feeding it on occasion would be great.

Suitable for mature and private person.

Term of lease is 12 months.
