I am looking for a neat and quiet housemat to share a new two-layer house in Franklin.


The house has 1 master room and four single rooms.


Now, there is one bedroom on the second floor will be avaiable from 26th Nov, 2017. You will share a toilet and 1 large bathroom with other two housemates, who are all nice and clean. We do cleaning for share areas each week, share cleaning fee, if you are the one who is looking for a clean, quite and happy place to live, don't be hesitate!


This room has a queen size bed, french window, a table and a chair, as well as a large built-in wardrobe.


All electrical appliances are provided, including washing machine, oven, microwave oven, kettle, etc.

The house has reverse air conditioning and a water tank.

1 secure undercover car spaces is available, $5/wk extra charge. Free parking off-street.


There is a bus station near the house, only 20 meters away.

It takes 20 minites to arrive city and 10 minutes to arrive Gungalin shopping centre by bus.


The rent fee is $156 per week (including unlimited internet), share bills.
