2-bedroom house, Derrima Road

I am a garden and Permaculture designer and mostly work from home. I live in a studio apartment attached to the house, with its own separate entrance. The garden is shared, and is a Permaculture food forest. The neighbourhood is very quiet, which suits me, and tenants would also need to be quiet people. The second bedroom with twin beds also has a desk. There is a washing machine/dryer for tenants' use. The living area is split level, open plan with high ceilings. The reverse cycle airconditioner heats the house well, however there is also a wood heater with cooktop which you would need to purchase wood for if you would like to use it.
