I'm currently looking for a housemate to share in a three bedroom house in Chifley.

If you're interested in a more of a home, and don't mind sharing a meal and some bad TV from time to time, then this is the place for you. The room is a good size, with a built-in-wardrobe. There is air conditioning and on-street carparking. Bills to be split evenly. ADSL internet is good to go.

The house is furnished. Two bedrooms for rent are upstairs - A queen-size bed with 1x bedside table in the room with the private balcony (accessible from this room only) and a double bed with 1x bedside table in the other room. Both have built-ins. The room available does not have the private balcony.

The upstairs are has a bathroom and lounge area with an addition common balcony - great for BBQ's or just to sit and relax.

It's about 15 minutes drive to Civic, and is close to Canberra Hospital, Westfield Woden, Weston Creek shopping centre and Tuggeranong.
