We are sub-lending our charming unit while we are out for fieldwork. We are happy to sub-lend each room individually. We are looking for clean/tidy persons to stay preferentially for around 2 months (between 23th October and 13th December 2017).

The apartment is located at Wattle Street, Lyneham. It has 2 rooms (a single and a double), 1 bathroom, cozy living room, functional kitchen and secure garage space plus extra car space. One bus to ANU/city or a flat 15 minute bike ride. $158 pw/room (including unlimited internet), no electricity bills included. We split the bills equally.
