THE UNIT: Mins to walk to Lake, Belconnen shopping centre and bus stop. Fully furnished and high ceilings throughout. Dining/living room with large table, tv, leather sofa & armchairs. Fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine. Off-street & visitors parking. Unlimited Wi-Fi internet.

LOOKING FOR a female (only) student, academic or other who is independent, reliable and considerate of others, communicates well, and will keep their room and the house clean and tidy. Sorry – No couple, No pets. No smokers. No shift workers. No excessive use of alcohol. No guest overnight. Not a "party" house. Long-term housemates are preferred but short term will be considered.

RENT & EXPENSES: Rent payable fortnightly or monthly in advance. Plus security bond (equivalent to four weeks rent). Bill is NOT included in the rent and is shared equally.

WHO WILL SHARE THE UNIT WITH? I AM a female profession, working full time, cooking sometimes, going to the gym occasionally and enjoying a couple of glasses of wine over dinner.
