The apartment is available from November 25, 2017 and we can prepone this by a few days if needed. I am currently living here and want to transfer my lease. The current lease is till the 2nd February, 2018 and the owner is willing to extend the lease by 6 more months. We are also willing to give it out to anyone for a short term stay till 02nd February.


(P. S : The owner is open to renting it to students/couples/families... However, she doesn't want to rent it to anyone with pets. )
