SHORT TERM LEASE - Sunny 3 bedroom Ainslie house

One bedroom, fully furnished with double bed available from 17th September to 3rd December 2017 (with some flexibility).
$190/wk - includes all bills and internet
Room furnishings include: Double bed, Wardrobe and small fold out desk.

The house is a recently renovated, sunny, 3 bedroom home on a leafy Ainslie street, with large back and front yards.
10 min walk to Ainslie or Dickson shops.
15 min bike ride to ANU
10 min bus to Civic
Close to the #2 and #7 bus runs.

You will be sharing the house with 2 warm female uni students, in their late 20's - early 30's. Gemma is studying a Bachelor of Creative Writing at UC, while Lucienne is studying her Masters of Clinical Psychology at ANU.
We are a clean and friendly household who like to share a meal and a glass of wine once or twice a week (and many a cup of tea! ). However we are also students and respectful of each others space and the need for quiet study at certain times. Even though this is a short term lease, we would love to find someone who can be part of our home.
