Situated in a quiet residential area, yet only a stone throw from all the facilities Canberra has to offer. Just 2 minutes walk to Cook shops and bus stop. 10 minutes walk to Jamison Plaza (Large shopping centre with Aldi and Coles supermarkets) 5 mins drive to Univesity of Canberra, Calvary Hospital and Belconnen Town Centre. 10 min drive to ANU.

Has a quality Queen size bed with Sleepmaker mattress and double leather sofa that converts to a bed in the bedroom plus a fold-away bed can be set up in the lounge room if needed. Linen provided. All bills incuded. Free Wi-Fi Internet. Reverse cycle air-conditioner. Pod coffee machine. Large fridge. Microwave. Crockery and Cutlery. 32" brand new LED TV and DVD player and a quality 2 seater sofa in the main room. Dinner table and 4 chairs. Electric stove.
