4-bedroom shared share house, Chowne Street

We have a ridiculously large room - with a ridiculously large ensuite available in our beautiful 4bd Campbell house. This is the master bedroom of the house and is upstairs with big windows and a lovely outlook to the garden.

The house is spacious, bright and airy, well built, with timber floors downstairs and carpet upstairs, a fab cooking show-esque kitchen, and central gas heating. There are security screens on all the windows, including the bedrooms - so the house is 100% guaranteed zombie proof! The house is on quiet, leafy Chowne St in Campbell, 15 -20 mins walking distance from Civic, and 2 mins walking distance from a bus stop and new Campbell cafes, and about 5-10 mins from Mt Ainslie. The garden is lovely - and sometimes sports a veggie patch - although at the moment it is lying fallow.

The housemates Matt, Tom and Lisa are late 20s, and 30s somethings. We all happen to be researchers - of different types. We are also interested in activism and arts - and appreciate the outdoors.

We are a pretty quiet, but very friendly house and love to hang out for a chat when we run into each other - although we're all quite busy. We like to organise evening house family dinners every now and then. We're looking for someone who can add to the considerate and positive vibe of the house.

Other details: You'll chip in for bills: internet, water, gas, electricity (all fairly standard). Bond is 4 weeks rent
The room will be available from the 26 June, but there is room for negotiation to move in later. The rent is is $230 per week.

We are looking for a mature person with experience living with others. Preferably looking for someone over 26 years.
