There is a living/dining area and a new deck. The laundry has a washing machine. Deck has space for clothes airier. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning and central gas duct-ed heating throughout for very cold days. Non-smokers only, no pets, and no couples. Off street parking. A deposit of 4 weeks rent in advance is required. Rent is paid fortnightly. Short term accommodation options considered. Rent is $230 per week and includes all bills such as electricity, gas, water and wifi.
