4-bedroom shared house, Shout Place

My home is warm and inviting and I have previously had international students live with me and my daughter - if you would like references. My daughters also studies at the ANU and I work across the road, so for a small fee I can drop you in town or ANU occasionally. Otherwise it is a short walk to local shops ( 2mins) for a bus to Woden, then directly to town. You can also walk to the bus down on Hindmarsh drive in 15 mins. The house is north facing, sunny and warm with a very large backyard and pergola, plenty of privacy and safe neighbourhood. I have a small poodle- he is 11 and house trained and friendly. My family and friends live locally. NO smoking, parties or drugs but you are welcome to have friends visit if you notify me beforehand.
I am happy to negotiate meals, my daughter is a vegetarian, so we have many options.. But my preference being you help yourself to breakfasts and I will provide 4 meals/dinner per week.. Happy to discuss options. This rent includes internet access, but no downloading.
