1-bedroom self-contained living unit/flat, Nardoo Crescent

We are looking for an independent but friendly person to live in our downstairs area. The area is separate and contains a bedroom, separate study/lounge area, kitchenette and bathroom with a shared laundry. We are a family of 4 (children aged 5 and 7) living separately upstairs. Ideally we would like someone with childcare experience who could help with occasional babysitting and/or cleaning (at an agreed paid rate or rent deduction). A weekly rent reduction considered if you are willing to do an agreed number of regular hours work per week. We have a happy pet dog.
