The townhouse is 1. 5 years old, has two floors (both bedrooms upstairs), NBN, ducted gas heating, solar hot water system (with electric boost), downstairs powder room and good-sized kitchen with gas cook top. The Creekside complex it’s located in is adjacent to a large homestead and Amaroo playing fields.

It’s a 2 minute walk from the townhouse to the new Amaroo shopping centre opening 9 Feb 2017 which will include Coles supermarket, Liquorland, a petrol station, cafes and specialty stores. There is a bus stop here which takes you to Gungahlin where you can change to a bus to the city and ANU.

Access to Canberra is easy via Horse Park Drive. It’s a 7 minute drive to Gungahlin shopping precinct and a 7 minute drive to Casey shopping precinct.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly professional female (owner) in her late-20s and two lovable dogs (the dogs haven’t had access to the bedroom available for rent). I like to get out to the gym and walk the dogs. I occasionally have people over for dinner and drinks but it’s not a party house. I keep the place tidy and cleaning of communal areas would be shared.

Would suit a student or professional in their mid-20s to mid-30s who likes the occasional meal with wine/cider and good conversation but who also enjoys relaxed time at home.

Rent is $190 per week which includes internet. Electricity and gas bills will be split evenly.
