Due to our housemate leaving for an opportunity in Melbourne we are looking to fill his room on 26 February. Please EMAIL if the below is suitable for you and send us a paragraph about yourself/what you are looking for.

We are looking for a reliable postgraduate student (male or female), preferably Masters or PhD that can meet their responsibilities of paying rent/bills on time and will keep the apartment clean/tidy.

The available room is NOT large but can comfortably fit a single bed and desk or a double bed. The room has access to a balcony and has a built in wardrobe. However it is unfurnished (a bed may be available from the moving housemate). ONLY street parking is available for your car.

We are two males employed full-time, I am working in the public service (35 y. O. ) and my housemate (26 y. O. ) is working in the private sector. I have the master ensuite and you would be sharing the other bathroom. The house is fully furnished and has a large living area, a second large balcony overlooking the complex gardens/fountain and fully equiped kitchen/laundry (new washer/dryer). Ideally we are looking for someone who is relaxed and willing to hang out every now and then (but we respect peoples privacy). Further to this it would be highly preferable if you were renting the room for at least 6 months.

Rent: $175/week - with two weeks rent paid in advance (Real Estate policy)
Bond: 4x $175 = $700
Bills: Electricity and Internet bills are split evenly (Internet $60/month; quarterly electricity varies).
