3-bedroom shared house, Bryan Hudson Street

Our house has three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen, laundry, master ensuite, bathtub/shower and separate toilet. There's a backyard with a deck and a beautiful dog to play with. It also features large windows, porcelain tiles and ducted reverse system for cold winters or hot summers.

The house is fully furnished, with a dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There is a car space available right at the door step.

You would be living with two professionals who are easy going and friendly, both are wonderful housemates who are clean, tidy, and respectful.

You will be sharing the main bathroom with a clean and thoughtful housemate, You just need to bring your own bedroom furniture. The house is located not too far from a bus stop and Kippax shops. It's only a 10 minute drive to Belconnen town Centre and a close proximity to UC and other institutions of higher learning.

The rent will be $160 per week + utilities which will be divided equally between the occupants. A $320 bond will also be required.

You will be sharing with 2 other housemates (1 male and 1 female), both working full time. We are looking for someone who is friendly and tidy and doesn't mind having some social chats.
