3-bedroom shared share house, Pickworth Street

Hello,
We have two double rooms available:

1) Master bedroom $200 per week (4 weeks bond= $800)
Fully furnished with a double sized bed which comes with linens and donna. There is a big bookshelf and a study desk with a chair. Very large amount of storage space- a large built-in wardrobe and a side dresser, perfect for someone with loads of things. The room is also equipped with a ceiling fan.

2) Second bedroom $180 per week (4 weeks bond= $720)
Fully furnished with a queen sized bed which comes with linens and doona. There is a big bookshelf and a study desk with a chair. Generous bult-in wardrobe space. Room has a ceiling fan.

About the house:

It is a 3 bedroom house with a seperate toilet and bath. The living area includes the spacious living, kitchen, dining, pergola and garden. We have dining tables, one in the living and the other in the dining, which is suitable for entertaining a small group of guests. White goods includes a new fridge and a new washing machine, as well as a chest freezer, so there are plenty of spaces to freeze your food. In addition, you will get your own pantry space to keep your own food. There is air-conditioning in the living and central gas ducted heating.

The house is located in a quiet street, next to the playground. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Kippax shops and the Kippax bus terminal. There are several direct bus routes to ANU /City /Belconnen/ UC- rapid 300, 314, 343 or xpresso 743 (takes 25-30 mins from ANU). Also within cycling distance to Westfield Belconnen, ~20 minutes.

On-street and off-street parking available.

We are intending to get chooks, so you may get some eggs, depending on the chooks.

About us:
We are a friendly young couple working and studying at ANU. We love to socialise but are respectful of your privacy. We enjoy cooking and gardening (still working on the vegie patch) and exercising.
