A nice cool modern furnished room available in a clean 3-bedroom share house. Ideal for students. Bills are included in the rent (Which makes it quite reasonable). The room is furnished with a double bed, two wardrobes, a table and a chair. The house is 10 minutes from the bus top and will throw in an awesome housemate who is a recent grad / professional. The house also has great internet, central heating and a great landlord.
