3-bedroom shared apartment, Childers Street

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for my room in a 3-bedroom multishare apartment at kinloch lodge, unilodge. Your contract will be from approximately the 15th of november 2016 to the 31st of december 2016.

I live with two female australian students, but they are also moving out, so you may end up having the apartment to yourself our with their potential replacements.

Since it is a unilodge accommodation, all agreements and paperwork will be done according to their policies. To find out about this, please do not hesitate to contact unilodge, kinloch lodge or me :)

You need to be a student at ANU and not currently live at any other unilodge housing.

ADMIN NOTE: To apply for this accommodation you may not currently be living at any of the UniLodge buildings at ANU. You also must be a fulltime ANU Student. Once you meet this criteria then you and the current resident will need to visit Lena Karmel Reception together to make the changes in our system. Once a date has been agreed upon by all parties (keeping in mind that we need at least 28 days’ to process after we have received the appropriate form), we will make the relevant changes. Please be aware that we are unable to process requests with a check out date of Saturday or Sunday. In cases where the current resident requests a check out date of Saturday or Sunday, the contract end date will be pushed to the following Monday.
