3-bedroom shared house, Atherton Street

Room available in Downer share house. Ten minute walk from Watson shops, conveniently located vis a vis bus services. Highlights: gas stove, central heating, unique but practical bathroom situation, large centrally located whiteboard, library/ guest room, numerous sofas.


The room currently up for grabs is the master bedroom - the sunniest room in the house, with two windows and a huge built in mirrored robe. The room is unfurnished, the rest of the house is fully furnished.


Currant occupants: F, early 30s, recovering hospo lifer and M, early 20s, Uni student. While we aren't into formalised meal sharing agreements or incessant housemate bonding exercises, we are looking for someone reasonably social who doesn't mind a cheeky post-work glass of wine.


You: demonstrated rent paying abilities, reasonable personal hygiene and the ability to clean a bathroom are a must. An interest in books, whisky and walruses will be considered favourably but are not essential.
