The flat, attached to the main house, has its own facilities and private entrance. It consists of 2 very large rooms. The bedroom is furthest from the main house, and therefore very private. It has a queen size bed, a wardrobe and drawers, and enough space left to fit another 2 single beds or set up a home office.
The main room is an L-shaped lounge/kitchenette, with couch, fridge, appliances and cooktop (no oven or dishwasher) and table and chairs.

A stone's throw from Dickson shopping and restaurant area, and easy bus, bike and car access to City and universities.

There's a cat on the premises who lives in the main house, and it would be nice to have a tenant who is willing to look after it on occasion.

Please note that the occupants of the main house are myself and my 10-year-old child.

This would best suit a quiet, private person or couple.
