3-bedroom shared apartment, Allambee Street

We are two males, (35 yo, APS employee; 26 yo Chef) looking for one male or female to fill the third room in the apartment. The apartment is fully furnished, however, the room is not furnished and has a large living room/balcony area overlooking a peaceful garden area. The bedroom is NOT large, however, it will comfortably fit either a double bed or a single bed and desk.

You will be a fulltime student or fulltime employee who is responsible with paying rent/bills and keeping the common areas (eg. Kitchen, living room, etc ) clean and tidy. Street parking ONLY.

Basics
- 2x weeks advance rent ($350)
- 4x weeks bond ($700)
- Electricity and internet is extra and divided evenly by three.
