4-bedroom shared short term accommodation, Getting Crescent

Hi all, I’m going away to sunny Brisbane for two months over Summer from late November to chill for a bit. This leaves a room in my awesome share house that can be filled!

Date available: From 21 November 2016 to 31 January 2017. Can be a little flexible here.

Cost: $175 per week, inclusive of all utilities (internet/water/gas/electricity).

Internet: VDSL2 with wifi.

Housemates: You will be sharing with 3 males and 1 female in their mid-late 20s. One of the other bedrooms has an ensuite, so you’ll share the main bathroom with 2 others.

House is pretty awesome and fully furnished. There’s even a projector you can watch things on in the living room!

Bedroom available: Has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, desk, built in wardrobe, and a wall of built in shelves.

Location: Campbell, ACT. Canberra Centre is a 20 minute walk / 5 minute drive / 10 minute bike ride away, so ANU is also nearby. A bus stop is also near the house where regular buses can get you to the city in under 10 minutes.

Person we’re after: Must be of a similar age, laid back, independent, neat, and ok with a reasonable amount of noise. Smokers ok, as long as it’s done outside and butts put in ashtray. No couples or pets sorry.
