This is a 173m2 big 6-bedroom house with natural leafy surrounds. Deck in the back with a nice garden view. One room will be vacant in 6 weeks and inspection welcome.

This is a standard room with everything you need including a built-in wardrobe, a "king"single bed, a study desk, and a chair and a lamp. Professional cleaning for public areas (living room, dining room, toilet, shower room, walkway, laundry room) fortnightly and professional gardening every three weeks (included in the rent).

You will share bathroom & toilet (separated) with 4 occupants in the house.

Currently there are 3 ANU male students & 1 female student in the house. Owner lives in the back of house and do not normally go to the front of house.

Your rent includes: Basic water supply charge, Professional Cleaning for common areas fortnightly, Gardening & Internet bills.

You will be sharing bills of electricity, gas, and water(usage only). According to the past record, winter is around $28 and Summer is around $15. However, the actual amount will depend on the usage of the existing occupants.

9 months contract, after contract finished, four weeks in advance written notice by email or text message for moving out.
