3-bedroom shared share house, Rosenthal Street

One large room for rent, with attached bathroom and access to large garden.
House is 15min walk from ADFA, 4km bike ride from ANU.
Share with mature couple who own the house and work in crafts (bicycles, sewing).
We would like someone who is environmentally aware, helping to reduce the ecological footprint. This is the reason why we would want someone who DOESN'T HAVE A CAR (electric bicycle is OK). The location is so central, that life without a car is quite easy.
We would prefer a like minded person who cares about the environment and is careful with resources.
Our last student was a male, so we would prefer a female this time around..
