Description
Hello! We are currently looking for someone to move in ASAP (our current housemate, Caity, moved out due to work commitments), as well as someone to move in after September 3.
We live in a relaxed 3 bedroom townhouse located in Watson. Ideally we're interested in someone who is clean, likes to hang out every now and then and respects personal space. All genders, students/ international students welcome :)
The Housemates: Daniella + Daniel (couple) & Georgia
- Daniella 23 - Store Manager, Florsheim
- Daniel 24 - developing an online retail store
- Georgia 26 - studying her PHD at ANU, moving away shortly to live in Kenya (this room will be available September)
- Pets - unfortunately no pets, we already have a cat! :)
The Rooms - unfurnished, carpeted, sun filled small/ med bedroom, built-in wardrobe, window facing the complex's street. It can easily fit a double bed and desk.
Rent - $640 paid calendar monthly, one month in advance (equals approx 160/ week)
