The house is located between ANU and Belconnen Town Centre with easy access to the ANU, UC, Belconnen Town Centre, Calvary Hospital and the Australian Institute of Sport. It is Just 15 min bus ride to the ANU, 20 minutes to the City Centre. .. There is an express bus on weekdays, to Woden, and also to The Parliamentry Triangle.

We provide everything you need, including your linen supplies, all kitchen utensils, comfortable furnishing.
Shared bills including Internet amount to 30 dollars a week.

We request that you are tidy when living here as this is a family home, not a group house. We have our own private living space, and bathroom so your privacy is assured, and most of the time share bathroom with just one other person. We request the bathroom is kept clean, to respect the other person using this space.

You will have privacy and security. There is a security system attached to the house providing additional security for your belongings.

We are experienced with Home stay and International students. We respect cultural differences and enjoy a meal together once or twice a week provided by us, which you are invited to join if you wish.

Boarding fee is consistent with AHN recommendations and is not negotiable. Shared bill $30 p/w.
