5-bedroom shared house, Darambal Street

Hello! My name is Jessie, and I currently live in a house in Aranda with three other girls named Ly, Anshu, and Mari, and a guy named Damien. The girls are 24, 26, and 30. I'm looking for a fifth housemate to replace me in a small-medium unfurnished room (though I could throw in the single bed! ), $155 pw, though it's paid monthly and at that rate, it works out to being $679 a month. Unlimited internet is included at $12 a month. The room has a built-in wardrobe, and you'd be sharing a bathroom with Anshu, Mari, and Damien!
Originally, Anshu, Mari, Ly, and I were on the lease and the lease was split 4 ways. As a result, the bond is $800, as I've already got my bond lodged and they would just switch the name. (This site wouldn't let me put in a value for the bond that is more than 4 weeks worth of rent, so I apologize for the discrepancy! )

So a little bit about the housemates: Ly is Australian with a Vietnamese background, and Anshu is Indian, and they are both doing their PhDs in Astronomy and Astrophysics. Mari is Italian and doing her PhD in Geology and geochemistry. Damien is Australian (from Brisbane) and works in the public service. Both Anshu and Damien are vegetarian. They are clean, fun people who really enjoy cooking and watching movies, or just hanging out, if that's what you're into :)

The house is really close to the bus stop, about 2 minutes, and the buses that pass by are 40 and 717 to go to the ANU. It's 2 stops from the school. We are also about a 7 minute walk to the Haydon Dr. Calvary Hospital stop, which a lot of 300 buses stop at. It takes about 10 minutes maximum by bus.
Otherwise, you could bike! There is a bike path.

Our house is about 1km or so from Jamison shops! We are very close to a park, and there are tons of bike paths everywhere.
