3-bedroom shared share house, Dutton Street

We're two lovely girls sharing a house in Dickson (24 Dutton Street) and looking for a housemate from the last week of August. The house is fully furnished, it has a vary spacious living room and a kitchen adjacent to it, three bedrooms, one bathroom and toilet. The room contains a double bed, a built in wardrobe and an additional chest drawer. If you would like to keep the furniture, the price is $100. The weekly rent is $145 and we split the bills (water, electricity, gas and internet). The two of us are PhD students at ANU, tidy and easy going. We're pet friendly and allowed to have a pet in the house (although you would be required to organise a professional cleaning of the house when you leave).
