3-bedroom shared apartment, Thynne Street

We are looking for a new housemate in our modern three bedroom share house/apartment. The room is unfurnished but a good size and will fit a double/queen bed, bedside tables and desk. It has a built in wardrobe and a separate entrance leading onto a small patio. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other female.

The rest of the apartment is fully furnished however we do have a storage cage if you need to store things.

The apartment is in a secure apartment block in a good, quiet location in Bruce. It is only a five minute drive to the Belconnen Shopping Centre, a bus stop is 100m down the road (direct bus to ANU), GIO Stadium is around the corner and it is a two minute drive to Calvary Hospital. The apartment block backs onto a nature reserve. Off street undercover parking is shared with another housemate.

Bills are split evenly and internet (which is both fast and reliable! ) is $35. 66 a month per person. Rent is $140 a week and the bond is $600.

Please no smokers, couples or pets.

About us: we are two females in our late twenties/early thirties both working full time. One works in tourism and the other in the cultural sector. We both lead busy, independent lives but are always up for a chat/dinner after work. We like to live in a clean yet relaxed home.
